Asylum Game Day

After having to take a few days off from some muscle issues in my back, I completed day 11 of the Asylum which is Game Day. This workout is 60 minutes of crazy intense sports drills. Everything from basketball, long jumps, wrestling, tennis, speed skating, football and baseball. You name it, and I was doing a sports drill related it to it. A really fun workout but very challenging. I can't even imagine what is to come when we add OT with it in the upcoming week.
