Today marked the end of week one in the Asylum. I have to agree with ShaunT when he said this workout takes you to a new level. I am not sure if it is him always calling you an athlete that does it, but he pushes you past your usual limits. My favorite workout for week 1 had to be Strength. In the usual ShaunT fashion, you have sweat flying and a completely wet shirt by the end even though it's a resistance workout. You have strength twice in the first week, the second time being on day 7, which found me able to increase my weights for all but the shoulder presses. I'm anxious to see the results at the end of my 30 days, and I'm excited for Game Day which is on the schedule for this coming week.
